Latella Neuromuscular Training

Human Performance and Rehabilitation

LNT helps people improve their athletic abilities and recover from injuries. Our response to stress, along with physical injury or disease, can lead to symptoms and loss of function. LNT’s unique and effective approach to sports movement and rehabilitation, helps individuals achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Find Your Way to Better Movement

LNT is like a GPS for your body—helping the brain and body work together. When the body can't do certain movements, it will compensate with other movements, which can cause physical limitations. LNT combines neuromuscular stimulation with neuro-physical training to improve balance, strength, and mobility. It's like programming your body to move the right way. This is done by teaching the brain to visualize and execute correct movement patterns, which in turn allows the body to move more naturally.

Your Body's Potential

LNT has developed a novel approach to movement therapy that considers the whole body's relationship with an individual's environment. We call it neurotensegrity. It is based on the idea that the body is a dynamic system, made up of interconnected networks of muscles, bones, ligaments, and other tissues, which work together to create movement and maintain stability. When the body is trained in the same way it exists. The result is superior performance.

Build a Brain and Body Connection

LNT treats the whole person. This approach is different from traditional methods, which often treat symptoms and body parts in isolation. By focusing on the whole person and their environment, LNT helps individuals create lasting change and a new way of being.

Trust Decades of Proven Effectiveness

LNT founder, F. Skip Latella, has spent decades developing techniques to improve stability, strength, and mobility using neuromuscular stimulation and training. These techniques are beneficial for athletes of all levels, including disabled populations and Paralympians, as well as professionals. They improve muscle sequencing and neurological function, resulting in better performance. Many high-performance athletes, including golfers, hockey players, and tennis pros, have used LNT and seen great results. Studies at the University of Pittsburgh, Mt. Sinai Hospital, and Manhattan VA have shown that it really works.

Elevate Your Performance

LNT offers consulting services for therapists, trainers, and educators to provide them with insight into their clients' history of movement and performance challenges that may be affecting their current physical state. Through video analysis and discussions of these patterns, LNT helps to reduce physical limitations that result in pain or dysfunction. With LNT's guidance, therapists and trainers can achieve better results for their clients.
